World Vision has recently launched a micro-site focusing on children they care for in Indian Slums.

The headline of this micro-site references “Slumdog Millionaire,” the Best Picture winner at the Oscars this year. This site launched right after the Academy Awards.

But what if Slumdog hadn’t won? I’m sure there is a version of this site that says “Best Director” or even “Best Sound Mixing.”

And of course World Vision wasn’t working feverishly on this site starting at around midnight last Sunday. Development on this site probably began after Slumdog won Best Picture at the Golden Globes.

With creative thinking and great execution World Vision associated its brand with a brand buzzing around the world.
