Seattle, WA — Masterworks is pleased to announce the latest addition to our senior level management team, Carter Wade. Passionate about serving the needs of Christian nonprofits, Carter brings more than 20 of years of fundraising experience to the agency.

Carter was drawn to Masterworks’ Christian focus. “I get up every day eager to do work that makes a difference,” he says. “In serving our clients, we become the extension of their staff and ministry. I love Masterworks’ focus on serving faith-based organizations.”

In his most recent position, Wade was responsible for $58 million in business and nearly 200 employees. Prior to that, he helped grow a small agency of 8 people into a company of more than 130 with annual billings of over $32 million. 

Along the way, Carter has managed record-breaking fundraising campaigns for clients such as CARE, Food for the Hungry, Promise Keepers, Prison Fellowship, Bible League, and many others. His expertise extends across all agency functions, including account management, research and analysis, strategic planning, media and creative.

Carter fills a key position at Masterworks. His arrival will allow other key agency leaders to launch Masterworks’ new Innovation Services arm. This forward-looking team will provide even more effective strategy and planning for greater donor engagement.
