https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/778613520

A great donor experience will create faster, better and more sustainable revenue than the typical donor cultivation approaches used today that churn-and-burn higher and higher percentages of your donors every year. We can’t keep doing what we’ve always done because the things we’ve always done are causing the very problems we are facing today in donor acquisition and cultivation.

We know that the experiences that donors have can turn them into lifelong donors and advocates for your organization. Engage with us on the conversation!

Their mission, through the love of Christ, is to rebuild broken lives of men, women and children in their community by ministering to their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

In the coming year, Raleigh Rescue Mission wants to grow its list of supporters through aggressive new donor acquisition, improved donor retention and strengthened connections with financial partners. According to Daniell, a primary goal is to increase the Mission’s use of New Integrated Media, by taking advantage of online marketing and fundraising opportunities. “We believe this will help us engage donors in multiple ways, so that our dialogue with them happens in a variety of environments and according to their preferences,” he said. “Masterworks can help us do that.”

Masterworks president Steve Woodworth said, “It’s an honor to come alongside Raleigh Rescue Mission. We share the same ultimate goal: to increase their Kingdom impact — and to do so in a God-honoring way.”

For Immediate Release
August 12, 2008

SEATTLE, WA — Masterworks, one of the nation’s top marketing ministries serving Christian organizations, announced today that it has been retained by Help the Children to elevate their overall marketing efforts to the next level.

An internationally recognized humanitarian relief organization, Help the Children is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of children and their families here in the United States and around the world. With $69 million in revenue, Help the Children is recognized by Forbes as one of the top 200 largest U.S. charities. The organization has also been highlighted by the Chronicle of Philanthropy for its 99% fundraising efficiency.

Help the Children will have a full-service relationship with Masterworks. Masterworks will also provide creative services, developing the organization’s fundraising and marketing communication materials.

According to Masterworks president Steve Woodworth, “It’s a great honor to work with this recognized Christian charity. And there’s no question that we can help them improve their brand recognition, acquire and retain more high-value donors, and raise more funds to support their highly effective programs — all with a higher return on investment.”

Help the Children’s mission is to increase self-sufficiency among at-risk children and families by providing food, clothing, medical supplies and other vital help. The organization is committed to meeting the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of struggling people from a variety of cultural and economic backgrounds, and doing so in Jesus’ name. Help the Children is heavily involved in child sponsorship, medical and dental missions and military family assistance.

“I’m so grateful that Masterworks was recommended to us,” said Roger Presgrove, founder and president of Help the Children. “I wasn’t aware that there was a really innovative Christian agency that partners with organizations like ours. I’m confident that our future results will far exceed what we’ve been getting with our past agency.”

For Immediate Release
July 31, 2008

The new Cape Town 2010: The Third Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization logo was unveiled at the Lausanne Committee on World Evangelization Administrative meeting on June 8-14 in Argentina.

With the endorsement of Azusa Pacific University (Azusa, CA, USA) President Jon Wallace, senior design students (Alexa Lasco, Rob Fujisaki, Alexandia “Alex” Husby, Sam Prince), graphics design professor Becky Roe and Masterworks Senior Vice President Kn Moy formed the design team that created the new logo. Additional descriptive narration about the logo can be found on the Lausanne Connection Point July newsletter: http://www.lausanne.org/lausanne-connecting-point/2008-july.html

The Rev. Doug Birdsall, Lausanne’s executive chair, noted that the logo has “been carefully researched theologically, artistically and culturally.” He’s pleased by the response from leaders around the world. Cape Town 2010 Congress Director Rev. Blair Carlson stated that “the logo symbolizes strength from God as we come together to accomplish our purpose, that of advancing world evangelization.”

Cape Town 2010, in association with the World Evangelical Alliance, will be held October 16-25, 2010. The Cape Town congress is the third hosted by the Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization. The first, hosted by Billy Graham, was in Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1974. The second took place in Manila, Philippines, in 1989.

Stephen Woodworth, president of Masterworks and chair of the communications working group for Cape Town 2010, said, “It was an honor for Masterworks to participate in this process. The congress will be a historic gathering of evangelicals from around the world. And this logo symbolizes our shared desire to see the Great Commission fulfilled with enthusiasm, humility and unity.”

Birdsall emphasized, “We are so grateful to the Lord for the investment each person made in this process — Jon Wallace, Becky Roe and the students of APU. We are also especially grateful to Kn Moy, a tremendously gifted man, for his creative energy in leading this process.”
