To apply, send a cover letter and your resume to jobs@masterworks.com TITLE: Marketing Analyst POSITION: Analyst I REPORTS TO: MI Director of Operations RANKING: EXEMPT, SALARIED POSITION SALARY RANGE: GRADE 4 PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Complete analytic assignments as assigned. Usually working from a plan designed by the Director of Analysis, Marketing Analyst will fulfill the requirements of an analytic project, including gathering data, validating data, writing and running SQL or using other tools, then validating results and preparing reports. Getting projects done right and on time are top priorities, and escalating problems that may prevent successful timely completion are important elements of success. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Execute analytic projects as required. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proficiency in computer use as appropriate to functions performed at Masterworks. · Desktop database and spreadsheet skills a must · Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word and Outlook · Experience with ftp utilities or via command prompt · SQL programming 2. Written and verbal communication skills 3. Able to master new technology and business processes. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: 1. Complete projects on a timely basis and according to agency schedules and standards and meeting client or client services deadlines. 2. Perform all aspects of defined processes with accuracy and sharp attention to detail. 3. Agency standards and processes followed with precision and timeliness. 4. Efficient and effective communication with MI management and to other departments regarding particular job status. 5. All time recorded accurately daily. 6. Honor scheduled meeting times.
