Services

The concept of integration is at the heart of our work. Although our five service areas can operate independently, they produce the best results when used together. We work with our clients to identify their distinct marketing and fundraising goals, then choose the right services to accomplish them.

Most of our leadership have worked for non-profits. This experience led them to set up a business model focused on better work for the non-profit, not higher profits for the agency.

No Markups

You’ll only be charged the actual costs for products and services like printing, list rental and postage.

No Commissions

We accept no kickbacks for sending business to vendors, freeing us to find the best solution for your needs.

Fixed Fees

We give our clients a set budget each year, so they can plan ahead for a complete 12-month period.

Our Work

Jubilee Newsletter Redesign

Prison Fellowship

Our goal was to redesign the Jubilee newsletter for readability, and refocus the content to engage donors in a more personal way. This new format reports back on donor accomplishments and gives them the chance to give again.

521% The redesigned newsletter increased revenue 521% in a 3-month, head-to-head test. As a result, Prison Fellowship reached 5 times as many children of prisoners during the Angel Tree season.

Year-End Integrated Campaign

Focus on the Family

We developed an integrated campaign that utilized direct mail appeals, email, homepage overlays, custom landing and giving pages, paid search and video to increase year-end revenue. A “comment wall” encouraged donors to engage beyond a donation.

15% The campaign created a 15% bump in year-over-year revenue for Focus on the Family, and could strengthen 948,700 marriages with biblical wisdom and resources.

Hunger Poster Acquisition Kit

World Vision’s 30 Hour Famine

In the midst of a multiyear decline in results and an increasing cost per sign-up, the 30 Hour Famine needed a breakthrough kit. Our goal was to connect more effectively with youth leaders with a kit that was more visually engaging and offered a valuable full-size poster as a leave behind.

78% This self-mailing poster beat the control for rental lists by 61% and the control for house lists by 78%.

PrisonFellowship.org Redesign

Prison Fellowship

We streamlined the content and design of the site to navigate visitors toward making a gift. Giving options are strategically presented, so that a next action is clear. The site incorporates mobile responsive design in order to create a seamless experience across devices.

The website redesign pushes visitors towards taking action and gives Prison Fellowship a future-friendly web presence through mobile responsive design.

Donation Experience Optimization

Jews for Jesus

We streamlined the content and design of the site to navigate visitors toward making a gift. Giving options are strategically presented, so that a next action is clear. We set out to help Jews for Jesus create a more effective donation experience. The project streamlined the giving process and optimized the form for mobile devices.

74% The newly optimized and mobile responsive forms increased the donation conversion rate 74%. The revenue raised funds to distribute over 1 million evangelical publications.

Our Clients

Masterworks Client since 2003

“When we first engaged Masterworks, it was not a part of our culture to look outside for help in strategy and marketing. But Masterworks won over our entire team.”

Jim Daly

Focus on the Family

Masterworks Client since 2005

“This is a great agency. They care about our ministry as much as we do. They are talented. They are partners with us.”

Craig Carpenter
Vice President of Development
Seattle's Union Gospel Mission

Masterworks Client since 2012

“We did a national search to find an agency that understood Christian values AND how to acquire, cultivate and retain faith-based donors. Our search began and ended with Masterworks. There is no agency that we encountered in our search that approached the donor as the hero to our mission and offered solid solutions to help us create lasting donor relationships.”
