For 16 years, Michael has honed his problem-solving skills in a variety of professions. From research at nuclear power plants in the deserts of Idaho to the successful development of a start-up Internet company to creating an extensive forecasting and planning model for a global customer service network, Michael has mastered data relations, customer relations and business development.
Prior to joining Masterworks, Michael served at Amazon.com, where he helped implement the company’s first CRM software and led the way in developing programs and procedures that emphasized customer relationship management.
